Client Review on First Service Credit Union

Feedback:

Opened an account and transferred a car loan after doing so on an off day I went in and made a deposit. On that day I was told they participated in shared beaching which I thought was great. A month later I wanted to make another deposit and every branch near me showed to be opened was permanently closed. Tried to set up a transfer from another bank and its a 2 day wait. Because they close so early I tried a shared branch to make a deposit and was denied. Called them and they said because it's a new account it's a 120 day wait and they could use my debit card to make the deposit but it's a 5 dollar fee and a 48 dollar convenience fee. How can I use this credit union as a primary banking source when every branch closes at or before 5 during the week and on the weekends, or are In a distant location if your in baytown or southwest houston. Very dissapointed in the way business is being conducted.*****UPDATE***** I was contacted by Upper management the next day after this review about rectifying my issues. My concerns have been addressed and hopefully adjustments will be made to make customer experiences more pleasant and less tedious.This is a great credit Union for loans and other banking needs outside of the issues I addressed from my experiences.***Update*** They changed the policies that created the issues I previously mentioned. This Credit Union is now rated AWESOME!
