EDIT FOR REPLY** they’re denying even knowing me which should be a clear red signal for anyone thinking about dealing with this company. When things go wrong it’s best to put your hands up and deal with it. But as they’re denying any knowledge of this you can imagine how they’ll treat you after they scam you for your money. Sick.As with all other 1 star reviews, sales rep Tushar Gadikar signed me up for 5 years as a sole trader and told me I could change it to limited company as soon as my company was formed. Also included a break clause at 18 months which also wasn’t true and wasn’t in final paperwork’s submitted. On top of that it really was a forced sale which is against the law anyway, it ended up costing me a fair bit of money. Once my company was formed and I wanted to change the contract over he ignored all my texts and messages after that. Head office was no different no matter who you spoke to, they all thought the sun shined out of the reps..... anyway luckily another company saved my bacon and bought me out of the contract. I reported it to the financial ombudsman and FCA for review as the company is regulated by them but not holding my breath on that one. I just hope others don’t get reeled into this scam because £30-40 per month for 5 years is a lot of money to lose - especially for a sole trader.
