Feedback:

I went into the Palmerton Branch about a month ago . No one acknowledged I was sitting in the waiting area , no one even looked up from their task . Finally after about 15 minutes , I went up to a cashier and requested some help to open a checking account . I then sat back down in the waiting area . I waited about another 10 minutes and approached the cashier again . I was then told by one woman that she’d would be with me shortly . I walked out , I had at that time been in the bank almost 25 minutes without any results. No one stopped me either !!! Oh and I forgot to mention I called the bank to let them know I would be in . I really like this bank, as I already have another type of account here . I was deeply surprised that there was not one soul who was able to help me out ! Having a waiting customer for 25 minutes ; isn’t really good customer service .

The people at the bank are very friendly and respectful. I highly dislike the having to wait 5 days for a check to balance or even 7 days if you are a new customer. My dad made the choice of this bank and I'm in college and working . I put in $150 and had no money in my account when I put that in. I was not told until 3 days after that i would be waiting 5 days to be able to use my money. After 5 days, I stopped at bank because everywhere I go it says insufficient funds and the nice lady helped me and informed me it would be 7 days. 7 days past and on the 7th day i'm just tired and the "I want my money" feeling was fueled. I had gone 7 days with borrowing money from my dad for gas. Borrowing gas money from my friend on the 5th day because by then I thought I'd have it, and eating very little every day.

Very friendly and professional bank, and independent! Who needs a giant bank who couldn't care less if you lived or died? Banks who snarl at you for bothering them with a question? Not me!

Banking is out dated and the service is rude. Had a difficult time cashing my check today even though the check came from their bank. This is my second time dealing with a teller at this location and they treated me like a suspect.

Horrible, horrible bank. They have given my fiance nothing but trouble because their system is completely irrational. You remote deposit something, or cash a check, and it's not available, and it's been 2+ days. That is ludicrous. I personally use the credit union and my money is always available the same day if it is in before 5pm. My fiance cashes a check and has money transferred to his account on a Friday, and it's now late Sunday and nothing. What if people need their money the day they're paid? And your money is never available right away. The online banking is a joke. I'm sorry, I do not trust this establishment and my fiance will be switching immediately.

Been a member of this bank for years and they have help me with tons of stuff and always go out of their way to help. I'd give six stars if I could!
