Client Review on First National Bank in Staunton

Feedback:

The day I got my job I called this bank and asked for the information I needed to get my checks directly deposited into my account. The teller I talked to got into my account and told me the needed information as if nothing was wrong with my account but oddly enough my account was closed without my knowledge. How did I find out, you ask? On payday I went to casually use my debit card only for it to say “Error: Unauthorized Usage”. So I thought why not call and get it fixed!! I call them only to find out that my account was closed 2 days before and that they tried to contact me regarding that issue, however, I received nothing. Disrespectful and unprofessional in my perspective. I’m not “going back to open another account.” I’m going to choose another, more professional bank for the time being. Ciao.
