We have been working with FHM for the past few months. Overall the process was fine until the closing of our home. Once we communicated our concerns, FHM did a great job of assisting us and making sure we got the help we needed. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. John Russell who assisted us throughout this process (203K loan), and worked hard to rectify mistakes made that would have negatively affected our closing. I would recommend that any home buyer, no matter which mortgage company, to do as much research as possible so that you are aware of all of the rules & regulations for your loan type. Self advocacy goes a long way in the home buying process.
