My husband and I just purchased a new build from Stanley Martin at Parkside @ Westphalia about a week ago and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Jeffrey for your patience and quick responses from start to finish. You were a God send. We worked with several loan officers throughout the process so a special thanks also to Brad and a very, very, very special thanks to Samantha. No matter how many times (and it was ALOT lol ) I called or emailed her for an updated "Loan Scenerio" sheet, Samantha was always so very patient, accommodating and timely. Brea was our sales manager and she's simply the best of the best!!!! Always professional, kind, knowledgeable and responsive. If you ever get a chance to work with her you won't be disappointed. When Brea was not available Nick and Karen was always so helpful. If you're looking for a new home at Parkside please stop by to see one of them.
