Overall Feedback:

AAA sign me up for an auto loan with them it has been a nightmare from the very start. and all my information wrong in their system from the beginning including email and address. I mailed them hard copies of my electric bill and water bill to prove my current address they added it to my file but did not update my address. I had to drive from where I live in West Hartford all the way down to their branch. There online banking it's funky and does not allow any check deposits over $900. don't even think of trying to get anybody on the phone at that branch cuz they're all incompetent and they will just switch you to someone else. Then recently they stop auto pay for my car loan. For nearly a year my car payment was being taken directly out of my savings account that I have with them. I'm going to begin the laborious process of contacting them over the phone to remedy the issue. I've already received too late fees I was unaware of them because they had the wrong address on file. I heard you anyone to go use a different bank.
