Client Review on First Bank of Ohio

12/12/2017: I talked to Megan today about the maturity notice for the finale payment of my auto loan I asked her to clarify the late charges on the account that were added to the finale bill and she got very short and snippy with me. She demonstrated no customer skills. They should be called Worst Bank of Ohio. Maybe I shouldn't have said that, I 'm sure they must have people with better customer skills. I should have known better than to let the dealer talk me into this bank loan. After the fact, my bank (US Bank) would have done better but with this banks term and prepayment penalties I would have lost money refinancing the loan.The moral of the story is be sure you talk to your bank first and shop around to places that you can trust. Be sure to read the fine print and don't let the dealer tell you that they can get you a better deal because that may not be the case.Good luck and Best Wishes, Joe
