Worst bank ever. Horrible customer service. Very shady. They don't even deserve 1 star. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is absolute worst bank I've ever had to work with. Please listen to my advice and avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and never has the customer's needs in mind. Very outdated with their online portal, no communication when you make payments only when you dont pay. Re-financed my car within 40 days of purchase because this is the most horrendous bank ever. Should be shut down!

By far the worst BANK me and my husband has ever had to deal with. It was a nightmare. Very rude and unpleasant workers. We paid off our car really fast, to get rid of them, had so many problems with them. They LOST our payments many times. But thankfully I had proof on my end!! or we would have had to pay out more. They said they "missed placed it" and found it after we showed them proof and that we were going to get a lawyer. We will never do business with them, they accept poor or no credit, thats why we had to have them when we were young.

12/12/2017: I talked to Megan today about the maturity notice for the finale payment of my auto loan I asked her to clarify the late charges on the account that were added to the finale bill and she got very short and snippy with me. She demonstrated no customer skills. They should be called Worst Bank of Ohio. Maybe I shouldn't have said that, I 'm sure they must have people with better customer skills. I should have known better than to let the dealer talk me into this bank loan. After the fact, my bank (US Bank) would have done better but with this banks term and prepayment penalties I would have lost money refinancing the loan.The moral of the story is be sure you talk to your bank first and shop around to places that you can trust. Be sure to read the fine print and don't let the dealer tell you that they can get you a better deal because that may not be the case.Good luck and Best Wishes, Joe

They might have lower initial rates for a loan, but the contract is riddled with charges or fines for multiple things. The people are rude that work there. I am in the process of making my last payment and will never step inside that bank again.
