Loved them until the first time I had to call customer service after hours. 2 operators and 39 minutes and counting, to do a simple savings to checking transfer. Seriously considering my options at this point.Update..... It was 1 hour and 8 minutes total talk time. With anastia, ann, and I didn't get the supervisors name. Still no resolution. See you tomorrow to change a few things up.... Pretty disappointed in firelands federal credit union at this point. .... kinda felt like I was dealing key bank again. Wonder if PNC has online checking????? Bet they can answer a phone and perform a simple transfer. Or at a minimum ask for my name which anastia failed to even ask for.
