Tesco has known bugs. They have known about them for 4 to 5 years. They have done nothing about them and make the invoicing transactions using the mobile software a nightmare. Try Service Titan instead. Hey Desco, do you hear me now? How about fixing the bugs!

The customer support for this company is AMAZING! If for some fluke reason you receive sub par service, they will do anything to rectify the situation! And stand by their solution! Which in my opinion says ALOT for companies these days...

I've finally convinced my owner that we need to ditch FieldEdge. a couple days ago I was stuck in the field AGAIN with an app that didnt work with my thumb in my you know what, and this time for half the day. This is the 4th or 5th time i've been stranded in at a customers house in the last six months looking umprofessional because I couldnt complete the job. They were screwed in the office too, couldnt see where the trucks were, couldnt pull up the customer info when they called so they had no idea what to tell them, and just paralyzed.When I first used it I liked it because it looked better than what we were using before. Seemed like we could do more. But my thing is, i dont care what they claim to do if the thing doesnt work for HOURS at a time once a month or so. the money we lose during that time doesnt make up for what we've gained by being able to do more things.Here's the worst part. They told us it wasn't their fault, their "Microsoft Azure server" failed, not them. HEre's the thing though. I live in california, I know people who use softwares or work at software companies. I asked around becuase it sounded like BS. Talked to a couple people who use the same server for their different softwares, and GUESS WHAT-- they had no issues at all! imagine that!this company is stupidly unreliable and the worst part is their liars on top of that. we're looking at their other competitors now and can't wait to bail on them the way they bail on their customers.

This Program has more then paid for itself, Between lost paper work, lost invoices, techs coming in and out of office. Multiple phone calls, customers calling that their paper invoice is wrong. Hands down the best thing that has come into this business in Years! On boarding made simple, all the help and info you could ask for. After on boarding Support remains with you for what ever you need. Great helpful people that are always happy to help!!!

I have been at FieldEdge for about a year and a half. It has been one of the best companies that I have worked for. Depending on the position that you are looking for the work-life balance is excellent. There are times where you may have to work late or from home as the company needs you to, however that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to, so I feel it’s a fair trade.As with most tech companies that are rapidly growing, there have been a lot of changes, which can be stressful. However, I do feel we’re moving in the right direction. There’s a lot of opportunity for lateral or upward personal development. The management team, and my peers, seem to really care about one another and always try to help each other.We also do a lot of fun and interesting activities such as: team dinners (usually monthly, and drinks are included), community volunteer opportunities, family events (these are new, and seem to be monthly), additionally we also have about two company parties a year. The addition of the family friendly events has been a huge benefit for me, my wife, and 2-year-old son.
