Staff is fantastic. Technology is terrible. Needs to get with the times. Cannot get into website to view account after 1am (I work overnights, so this is when I would want to get into my account. Please realize that not everyone works a traditional 9-5 job) on several occasions, typically when I really really needed the ability to do so. I haven't been able to sign up for account alerts, leading me to believe that such things aren't an option here. Also the website has recently been updated, which has been a moderate improvement but it is still not ideal. Please update your technical interfaces, as they are not up to par with several other institutions I have used.
