More than four years ago, I met branch manager Katie Gates. She had come to Adara Spa for services. At the time, I was looking for a new location for my business. She didn’t know me from Adam but took the time to introduce me to Matthew White. Together they listened to my story, treated me as if I were a client and tried to help me attain my dream. They tried to so hard that I said to myself, “ if they would do all this for me and I’m not a client, imagine how they would treat me if I were a client.“. That encounter has led to one of the best business and personal relationships in my life. Although I had been a client of big box banks for years, after meeting Katie, I closed my account at the big box bank and open an account at Fidelity. Katie has since moved on to a new position with Fidelity. However, the team at the Cameron Village branch have made it clear that the genuine care I received from Katie is a way of business/life for Fidelity. Rosa, Jennifer, Jennifer, and Anton know my name. I feel like Norm walking into Cheers. These days, customer service is passé. Not at Fidelity. If you’re looking for personalized service and a bank that doesn’t treat you like a number, Fidelity is the place for you.
