Client Review on Family Savings Credit Union

Background: By car was totaled in a wreck that I was not at fault for. I was told that I only had 3 days with the rental car until I would have to start paying for it. So I applied for an auto loan on Thursday at 3:00pm.Their website claims 24hour process of auto loan applications, so I called back Friday at 4:00pm to see if they had an answer for me. I was informed that they had some additional questions that were holding up the loan application, which they never contacted me about. I answered all of their questions and told them I really needed to know before they closed for the weekend. The woman on the phone assured me they would have an answer in less than an hour. I got a notification that a credit inquiry was issued on my account from Family Savings so I figured they were about to have an answer for me. I called back around 5:30pm, an hour and a half after the initial call and was placed on hold until they closed at which point I was told by an automated machine that I would have to wait until Saturday at 8am for any help. I called back Saturday at 8:30am and was placed on hold for 45 minutes only to be told that the loan office did not open until Monday..... I was forced to go to another bank to finance which meant another ding on my credit! Very unprofessional.
