Client Review on Family Pawn Sunset

After a day of dealing with a couple of pushing car salesmen across down I was happy to get some solid customer service from The guys at family pawn. They had a good deal on an used car and Noah was very nice and informative and I was very close to make a cash purchase. Unfortunately the manager said they were not allowed to let me test drive on the freeway and we're not allowed to let me get it looked at by a mechanic across the street. That's a bummer Must be something up with vehicle. The following day, I got a quick response from the owners about being willing to allow me to get it checked out. Thanks for the quick follow up and good customer service. Still on the fence on the vehicle purchase but I appreciate the way manager Fitz and owners handled it. Thank you!
