I took some boots in to sell and thought, "there's not not much chance they'll want these ". Surprisingly enough, they offered me a fair price for them. I was grateful for the quick cash. The staff was friendly and I ended up purchasing a gaming system from them.I highly recommend Family Pawn on Sunset Drive.

I really enjoyed my experience at family pawn. I was attended to by a wonderful youngman i cant remember his name but he had red hair and was trying to grow a beard. Very clean store and I felt just at home.

After a day of dealing with a couple of pushing car salesmen across down I was happy to get some solid customer service from The guys at family pawn. They had a good deal on an used car and Noah was very nice and informative and I was very close to make a cash purchase. Unfortunately the manager said they were not allowed to let me test drive on the freeway and we're not allowed to let me get it looked at by a mechanic across the street. That's a bummer Must be something up with vehicle. The following day, I got a quick response from the owners about being willing to allow me to get it checked out. Thanks for the quick follow up and good customer service. Still on the fence on the vehicle purchase but I appreciate the way manager Fitz and owners handled it. Thank you!

I love family pawn! the shop is so clean and organized! the prices were great, and the employees were so friendly! lance helped me buy a gun the other day, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products! i will definitely return to this family pawn!

I am a regular customer buying tools for my garage door company. I love visiting with Audrey; she is always patient and kind with my requests for tools. The owners Chris and Fitzzy are always funny and kind. I love this business and refuse to shop anywhere else.
