Feedback:

They need to learn customer service. I had to pay $7 to replace my ATM card, ok I lost it so ok. Within 60 days the plastic splits obviously defective . I bring the card to them and ask them to replace it, they tell me $7. I asked again letting them know the cards not lost it here and you can see that its defective. No its still $7 it's our policy, if your policy is not to take care of your customers you are doing a GREAT JOB

Walked in and basically had a staring contest with the three tellers who were sitting there doing nothing. Not a single one greeted me. Finally, one begrudgingly said “I can help you.” I just wanted to change out a few twenties for some smaller bills. Well, apparently that’s only allowed if you’re a member. But she does us the “courtesy” of doing us a one time favor. Courtesy is in quotes because she was anything but courteous. Reminded us a few times that it was a favor and made no effort to hide her annoyance at the request. I tried to be super friendly in acknowledging the favor she was providing, but I could do nothing to strip away the incredibly rude attitude. It’s not like they were busy (total ghost town in there), and maybe she could have used my twenties just as much as I needed the smaller bills, so what’s the big deal?!

You feel that it is OK to Steal Peoples money and not give them access to money in there accounts and don't provide any reasoning.

The Spring Hill branch is awesome! Super great financing option on vehicles. Ultra fast loan approval. We wouldn’t bank anywhere else!

Never, ever use this place the don’t ever communicate and then act like they are on the same level as true credit unions. They are predatory at best.

Not super friendly or helpful, slow to answer phone and return phone calls. This credit union does not offer typical customer service that I've experienced with other credit unions so I chose another one.

If I could give this place negative review I would as well I've been dealing with cancer an have been out of work since August trying to keep my family a float the best I can have a car loan through them have gave them what I could as I could they offer a program in December for you to not have to make a payment but yet you have to be able to make a payment in order to get the assistance in my case where we need the help NOPE cant get it amazing how that work then the man that deals with it when your behind is nothing but a in considerate bully that thinks he can talk to you however he feels an when you try to reason an explain that things are coming back around an your gonna get caught up all he cares about is taking the only vehicle you have that's reliable to be able to get your kids to an from an to make the trips for your self to doctor appointments for the treatments that your under going an surgery's

The people here have truly helpful and genuine. We’ve done several loans through them and have had only great experiences. The rates are very competitive.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I regret the day I ever got a loan at this place. It is nearly impossible to get anybody to answer the phone. You can't make any payments over the phone. The place shouldn't even be in business because they can barely function. One of the reasons I got the loan with them was to improve my credit score and they haven't reported to that in over two years. Unless this is your ONLY option for any banking needs please save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.
