This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever received. My fiance and I are working towards buying our first home and are obviously looking for a company who can take the time to answer questions because it is all brand new territory. After three different unsuccessful phone calls and numerous unanswered messages left asking to be called back, we have completely given up on this company. We spoke to two different individuals, both of which failed to answer any valid questions that we had and didn’t the opposite by literally yelling over us when we would ask any type of question. We were treated as if we were a nuisance and that they were doing us a favor by even picking up the phone to speak to us. Completely talked over us and pretty much bullied us in to thinking that we will never have any hope. After being in touch with another mortgage company, we now know that was completely false. And then to top it off, after my last phone call, I had called to get some clarity, I was told that I was cutting into their family time and was told to call some other time. Would not recommend these people to anyone. Made our first attempt at buying a home an awful one. Looking forward to working with a company who cares. I have never left a bad review or complained about any company or service ever. But after this experience, I am absolutely taken back at the way I and my fiancé were spoken to.
