Horrible customer service for a loan. Dealing with one of the 'loan officers' was horrific. They refused to contact the seller for information needed. They ran me through the meat grinder trying to get the information they needed while talking to me like i was a problem. I went to another bank form my loan with no problems. Pulling my account with this bank and will never do business with them in my lifetime. Im also a Dow employee...

I'm pulling all my accounts from here & will be going to another credit union cause clearly this is not the place to go if your in need a hand or help to better yourself !!! We had an auto loan with these incompetent fools. It has been paid off for 2 months, and the account was closed. They are still taking auto drafts from our bank account, and I am beyond frustrated. Every time it happens, they "can't" just refund the payment; we have to go get a paper check from one of their limited-hour locations, and deposit it back into our bank account. NEVER AGAIN!

In Middle school a group of people portraying to be apart of the Dow Federal Union, Collected 83 dollars off of me and claimed to have put it in a savings account that I shouldn't touch until I'm 18. Well Now I'm a 20 year old mother/student and they can't seem to find a dime of my $83. Warn your children of this business' facade. Or else you kids will have paid for someone else's Infinity before they get one.Business is Business I guess

payed off loan over 2 months ago and still no title!!! every time I call its the same old answers"The title has been mailed and you will receive your title in 7-10 days!" weeks have gone by and still have nothing!!! The last call I made I was told it had been mailed out 18 days after the loan was paid off but it was sent to the wrong address which had been corrected 4 times by doing a change of address form! How many times does have to be done before someone takes a little pride in there job and fixes the problem? So i get in touch with branch manager and she says shes going to get to the bottom of this and call me back no later than the next day, well guess what its been 2 days since that call and i still have NOTHING! So i call and what do i get when i ask to speak to the branch manager? "SORRY SIR SHES BUSY SHE SAYS TO TRANSFER YOU TO HER VOICE MAIL " WOW I REALLY WASN'T SURPRISED! I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING AROUND THERE BUT THEY NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT! After talking to several other people that has had the same exact issues
