Client Review on Epos Now, Ltd

I would not recomment the POS system to any business. During the sales process I was told I could not live without this EPOS software. I was told it would be installed with all our SKU's, keep up with inventory, let me know when I need to reorder...ect. When I received it, all the information was input incorrectly causing extreme delay in using the system. My office manager had to spend a ridiculous amount of time putting the correct information in the system. The dysfunctional system is not worth all the money you will be putting into it!! I paid for an "award winning" product and did not receive what I was promised. BUYERS, BEWARE!!!!
