Lets start off with the touch screen does not work all the time. When you type a customers name on the search it does not work all the time. GARBAGE SOFTWARE

I would not recommend this POS system to any business. We were promised a lot during the sales process but EposNow has failed to deliver. The post service from EPOSNow we have received had been bellow satisfactory. The functionality of the system or should i say the dysfunctional of the system has caused our business to have a bottle neck at our POS terminals which is causing addition customer wait times.Today was the final straw.... Part of our sales deal with EPOSNow was that we would be sent 1 box a week of label for our scale printers. We have been with EPOSNow for 6 weeks and received 1 box. EPOSNow where Notified last week relating to our labels and our lack of them but I was just notified by EPOSNow that they have stilled not ordered my Labels. I was just advised by one of their staff that if i was in urgent need of the labels to go to Office Depot and purchase the labels.****What a DISGRACE**** I paid for an "AWARD WINNING" product and premium warranty services but have recieved a dysfunctional product as well as amateur service.TO ALL BUSINESS... STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!

If i could give Zero stars i would.. their system is very unreliable and they always blame it on the internet, but since i have to call tech support all the time and it takes a long time to get thru, i cannot only blame it on the internet. Do not buy from these people.. BAD SERVICE!!
