Feedback:

They have an option on their deposit envelopes for payments, every month due to working mining hours, I deposit a vehicle payment through the atm, selecting PAYMENT on their enevelope. Circling it highlighting, do everything to catch the attention of the human opening the envelope that hey this is a payment, not a deposit. Even on the check it clearly states payment. Every month I have to call after getting late notices. I take pictures of every check and enevelope I put in their atm. This has gone on for 3 years. This is why I do not utilize this credit union. Greater Nevada is much more user friendly and competent. No confusion, online bill pay and can take payments over the phone, offer a coupon book to use when mailing in payments. Much more user friendly for those who work beyond banking hours.

Website is extremely basic. No ability to send email verses having to call. No ability to setup electronic find transfers to other institutions or persons. System is really outdated and should allow for email interaction as well as out of credit union electronic find transfers.

Horrible customer service, zero communication, I tried getting a home equity loan and it's been at least three weeks to a month and I've heard nothing back from them. Everytime I've tried to call they put me on hold for ten minutes and then say the looan officer is unavailable! They dont answer emails or phone calls! Rude, typical Elko Nevada customer service! Shop local revolution? Yeah right. And everyone wonders why people shop and do business out of town.

Customer service was bad. Tried to call and they couldnt transfer me because the phone was broken. The online banking is constantly messed up. The worst thing is they put money in my account that wasnt mine a month ago, only reason it was discovered is the poor person asked about their money. I didnt know because I closed the account, now Im paying the bank almost 1000$ due to a mistake they made. Do not bank with these guys, Ive had nothing but bad experiences.

By far the worst bank to deal with I have ever been acquainted with. Service is awful, notifications awful, interest rates awful, availability awful. I have tried using this bank twice, to support local business for one and the second my spouse wanted to give them a try again both experiences far from par. A person is better off with any other bank in Nevada or the country.
