I want to post an update that I appreciated being contacted by EMS after this review to review the situation and come to a mutual agreement to refund our account for withdrawals made from our bank account by EMS after our cancellation of services. We have received the refund and it was appreciated.I'm sorry to say we are very disappointed in EMS. We recently needed to cancel our service after years of loyalty. We found communication regarding issues hard to resolve, and now after going through the steps we were given to cancel the account -and receiving confirmation of our cancellation, EMS continued to charge us for months. John from EMS called and left us a voicemail that because we did not fill out a particular form with a signature, that our cancellation was not valid. Our EMS representative had already received and confirmed our cancellation notice that included the date of cancellation, weeks in advance of our confirmed cancel date as well as this being confirmed by our equipment leasing rep. We will also be forwarding this information to the BBB, as this is poor business practice to implement this necessity after our cancellation notice was received and confirmed, and continue to charge a customer for months.
