To be fair I'm pretty shocked at all the bad reviews. I've been through my fair share of rubbish card companies. Elavon is my merchant bank through Chip & Pin Solutions and I have to say I'm quite pleased with both of them. It's coming up to a year using them and so far so good. Just got off the phone to customer services now with a query on my statement and even though its the end of the day it was dealt with with patience, quickly and efficiently. I'm pleased.
