I went in to get something notarized and the first time around was great, an older man helped my mother and I and even talked to me about a car loan. We had to come in a second time with the same papers to get notarized, and we dealt with such a rude woman. We sat down (she didn't even tell us her name) with this woman, who had dark black/brown hair and is a little heavy set, and she took ONE look at our papers and told me she couldn't help us.I told her I came to this exact location the last time I needed the same exact papers notarized and she was ARGUING WITH ME. She kept saying over and over and over "no you didn't" "you didn't come here" "we can't notarize these" she sounded like a child. I barely got a chance to say anything since she was interrupting me. She acted like she didn't want to help or spend time trying to help us..... I also don't understand why should couldn't do it? Since the guy did it for us last time. I wish she would have told me her name and I wish I would have spoken to a manager because someone with that kind of attitude should NOT be dealing with people.I considered getting a loan here for my car since that man was so nice, but if I have to deal with people like that woman NO THANKS! We went in Tuesday the 12/20 between 1-2, I'm putting the time I was there in hopes that the woman is talked to about her customer service.
