Worst and poor service at Hurst branch.Cashier on counter Jazbeth, have attitude, she didn’t move from her chair to count the cash, rather put in the machine, counted wrong, so cash was stuck in the machine, the only manager can open the machine, she was on the phone, Her Name was Linda. She never showed up, when she went back to open the machine, never bother to come and apologize for delayed. This branch suck. Even this whole financial institution is a joke. I’m still here at branch, it’s more then an hour and half, the stuff could fit fire it out how fix that cash deposit machine. They even don’t give me the deposit confirmation slip.

I've been banking here since 2001 and every experience I've had with my bank has been made personal and of excellent quality. I've recommended many friends open accounts here and they have been impressed and happy as well. The quality of the online banking is excellent and everything you need can be found online. Access to your safe at the bank can be a little time consuming (and for good reason). I always enjoy coming inside my bank instead of the drive thru.

The absolute worse EECU branch on the planet! On 3 separate occasions I was sent back a check that I tried to cash via the drive thru and told they couldn't not cash them for me. I go inside and have no problems and asked no questions. The final straw is that I go through the drive thru at 6:31 on a Friday and told that they wouldn't cash my check and the system would kick them out if they tried. Funny that all other branches have a 5 minute grace period. Don't waste your time here!

I went in to get something notarized and the first time around was great, an older man helped my mother and I and even talked to me about a car loan. We had to come in a second time with the same papers to get notarized, and we dealt with such a rude woman. We sat down (she didn't even tell us her name) with this woman, who had dark black/brown hair and is a little heavy set, and she took ONE look at our papers and told me she couldn't help us.I told her I came to this exact location the last time I needed the same exact papers notarized and she was ARGUING WITH ME. She kept saying over and over and over "no you didn't" "you didn't come here" "we can't notarize these" she sounded like a child. I barely got a chance to say anything since she was interrupting me. She acted like she didn't want to help or spend time trying to help us..... I also don't understand why should couldn't do it? Since the guy did it for us last time. I wish she would have told me her name and I wish I would have spoken to a manager because someone with that kind of attitude should NOT be dealing with people.I considered getting a loan here for my car since that man was so nice, but if I have to deal with people like that woman NO THANKS! We went in Tuesday the 12/20 between 1-2, I'm putting the time I was there in hopes that the woman is talked to about her customer service.

I have had an account for 6 months. I have never been able to sign in to bill pay. paying Bill's on line is expected in today's banking. worst ever!
