This bank showed me such unprofessionalism and they don't care about their customers at all. I would advise others to bank elsewhere.

I have been calling 4 days non stop,Been put on a hold loop and left my call back number many timesI have yet to recieve a call backI never used to have this problemI live in san diego and am highly considering driving 4 hours and pulling out all my money after being a member for over 10 years

NO One Answers the Phone!!This is the worst place ever, yesterday I went in because no one would answer the phone and I couldn't get a new set up to login in to my Account to transfer funds for my car payment they take out. So, today I check they didn't take out my car payment that is set up on automatic payment from my saving and it now says its late!! Then, today I try calling and still no answer, I'm so mad this is not how a bank should operate so I have to leave work again to go in! Go bank At Wells Fargo Forget this place

With all of their website and app changes, they've made it almost impossible to login; then when I call for help, no one answers the phone!

Where do I begin? After being with them for over twenty years, one of their new Mexican employees stole $100 from me. She gave me $100 less than she was supposed too when handing money. Thank God it was caught on camera!!!!!! They have gone from 5 stars to -5 stars!! The first incident I had with them was when their Mexican employee did not did give me all my money. She apparently accidentally "miscounted" the money by quite a large sum.I would have been very short if I had not recounted the money and and confronted her. This employee actually thought she was going to get away stealing from me in the bank. Their new Mexican employees are very rude and do not know what they are doing. Even today when I went their, the employee did not even greet me.Their customer service is horrible. It used to be superiorFirst off, I lost my job and went through my entire savings. Around the same time this happened, they started charging for their checking accounts if you had less than $1, 000 in it. For the record that never would have been a problem, but the unexpected happened and I lost my job.I asked the manager if they would make an exception since I had had a checking account with them for over 15 years. I explained that I had gone through my savings because I was unemployed and trying to find work. They said they would have to charge me. Apparently, loyal customers mean nothing to them.In addition, I even applied at the bank. Does that give you a clue how desperate I am for work? I am far more qualified then most of their employees there, yet I never even received a call back.I found out later on from another girl that it was because I was white and do not speak Spanish.Apparently the new manager only hires Mexicans.In fact the entire bank has been taken over by Mexicans and Latinos.This takeover has changed the culture and just the way things are run. Edwards Federal Credit Union seems to only care about their Mexican/ Latino customers!I find this to be very insulting and disturbing that this bank is partaking in such racism against their white and black communities.

When you really need their help with a situation they will not go the extra mile to help resolve an issue. This bank does not value their customers, I would consider a better bank!!

Horrible customer service, just needed my last 4 bank statements from a closed account. I paid the 15 dollar fee and never recieved them. I ask for a refund and they transfer me to the Branch supervisor Maria who never returned my call. Absolutely horrible.

Over all good experience. They were helpful and attentive for the most part.. the teller who was helping was somewhat unfamiliar with the type of fraud that was the situation but handled it well, but sent us through to many hoops and loops and it took way to long to get it resolved...
