Feedback:

Branch 2532 is disgusting and deplorable human beings. They do not answer their phone. They do not return your phone calls or emails. THEY HAVE GIVEN A NEW DEFINITION TO IGNORANT. they are definition ofnthe WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND RACIST AND BUNCH OF INDIVIDUALS WHO TO NOT ADHERE OR RESPOND or accommodate persons with disabilities.

Feedback:

This should be an illegal lender. They rob you and don’t explain all the details. I signed electronically and made a big mistake. Paid this off immediately because they are thieves.

They will happily offer anyone a loan at 45% but the interest rate is really 60 once compounding is considered. This is a trap to steal from you the rest of your life. On top they will add on insurance which almost doubled your dept without telling you. A story has been done on CBC Marketplace about this business.

Great for a quick approved loan if you don't mind paying very high interest on them when you are really in for cash. Otherwise, avoid getting a loan from any of their branches if possible, they do not increase your credit, and you will end up paying for alot on their interest charges.

Absolutely will not do it again. Cancelled loan Protection and they continued to charge me over $1200. When I realized and I brought it to their attention, they claimed to have no knowledge of what I was talking about and refused to refund me the money they stole. Needless to say I reported them to the BBB!

I was seeking a small loan of $2000 to improve my credit worthiness. I did not need the loan but wanted a new account to report to the credit bureaus to make my score higher. The application seemed straight forward and the applicable interest rate of 46% was clearly listed on their website. I received a call from an associate working at a North York location the following day. I was turned down for a loan because the associate stated I did not make enough in 2013, despite me having higher income in 2014/2015 as well as rent fully paid for the year and liquid investments. She stated that she had to put a minimum of $500 down for monthly rental payments even though this was not the case. When the associate informed me about the underwritten rules for income approval, she did so in a condescending and abrupt manner. I asked if she could give feedback to Easyfinancial head office to list their minimum requirements on their website. I attempted to explain that by doing so perhaps applicants can make an informed decision before having their credit score lowered. I was interrupted and told that I consented for my credit to be checked. The associate demonstrated poor listening skills and didn't offer any solutions. All in all (and high interest rates aside), I would not recommend this company to anyone. I felt that my time was wasted, credit score impacted for nothing and I received horrible customer service. Easyfinancial states they offer loans to people when banks won't but this is not the case. Easyfinancial missed out on a great customer!
