Overall, the sales process was good and the vehicle was delivered as promised. While I don't think I got the deal of the century and the amount offered on my trade was lower than I wanted, the price was at least within the range of what I expected to pay. Stacey was efficient and courteous as a sales consultant. The overall process was good and I'd recommend the dealership. One piece of advice: for the extended warranty and all the extras, the word, "no" actually means "no" regardless of how many times the service is pitched. Overall, though, East Hills Subaru is a pretty decent place to buy what, so far, is a pretty decent vehicle.
