My company switched over to this company they have withheld 2700$ from us stating that they wanted to make sure we weren't fraud it's been over two week and still have not seen our money they keep saying that its been released but our bank see's nothing at all. The Customer service manager was rude and yelling. I will be switching back to square one immediately. I will never recommend this service instead I will be telling others to stay-a-way from them. I am know behind on my bills over this and I am a small company and this was a big blow to us. I dont believe that they can make this right no matter what they do.

Misleading sale ! We were promised in writing a specific rate for a credit card charges on certain volume to switch to East Commerce Solutions that would result in saving over $600 per month. After we switched to East commerce Solution and our sales volume reached the level for the promised rate , we found out that the rate delivered was way much higher then promised in writing. Instead of saving $600 per month we were paying few thousands $ in fees more for the last three months. I closed the account and I will never recommend this company to anyone !! The escalation was lip service and no one stood behind what was promised in writing. I am extremely disappointed with this company !

Absolutely the WORST customer service. We finally left after 7 LONG years of service, and through many complications and overcharges. Our last bills from them were insane, we closed accounts in March and had $0.00 in tranactions as we already switch to square, and in April was charged montlhy membership fees, non PCI compliance (which we were) and monthly fees! $179.98 in total fees!!! for $0.00 in transactions and a closed account. The Customer service is so Rude and all it's your problem, They promised to refund $$ and was all LIES, I finally in MAY recieve $22.50 in refund?? Seriously? Where's the rest? They do not suuport you as a customer, its all about them and what they feel they can get away with charges. Since switching to square we have saved money, get our funds next day and if we want we can get same day funds. which this company want to charge $15.00 a month to get your money quicker. So if you are looking for a great merchant, look elsewhere, anywhere but here. We were seriously disapointed with the level of rudeness we recieved after being a customer for seven years.

Any issues or questions, I have 1 number to call to talk to a real person in customer service, or can ask my (awesome!) rep, Mark Forster.

Recently hosted a golf tournament where we wanted to incorporate the benefit of having a credit card terminal available at the course for the golfers. Had a great experience with East Commerce Solutions. The training was quick and easy - and everything went smoothly the entire day! Golfers were able to purchase raffle tickets, auction items, and register to golf by having this terminal on site, which worked out well for everyone! Representatives from ECS were very friendly, kind, informative and easy to work with! I would highly recommend the use of their services!

Awful experience with this company. Total lies from the CEO to the average worker . Please don’t do business with them. They make promise that they can’t keep. Offer get rates but the customer service is awful. I would not recommend this processor.

I should have read the reviews prior to contacting them. I was hopeful that a local company would give us better service, but sadly, I was mistaken. They come to you to get forms signed and set up account. At that time, I was very clear with what our needs were, as far as accounts and machines. I was assured that they understood and there would be no issues. Then the day came for them to bring our machines and switch over, they did not set them up correctly, and the person who came just took everything and left. I tried to contact my rep, Letha, by phone, but she did not return my calls. I emailed her to cancel the account completely, before we even implemented. I then started receiving multiple daily calls and emails from the owner. I explained that I did not have a good feeling about the customer service and did not want to go ahead with the conversion, through email. A month later, I received my bank statement, and I was charged monthly fees for both accounts. I again called Letha, left messages and voice mails. I still have not received any calls back, to refund the money taken. Horrible customer service.

This credit card processing company is terrible. I have had a similar experience to the other reviewers who have posted.I switched over to them because they promised cheaper rates and a better credit card machine. Turns out that their machine is so old it still uses paper, so it was a complete downgrade. Also, I did not actually save anything because their fees were higher than my old processor.I changed back to my processor and canceled my account with East Commerce a year ago. When I canceled, no one told me to return the equipment so I was hit with equipment lease fees for months. When I called, the person I spoke to was nice and told me that the fee was for equipment (you cannot tell on your bank statements what it is for) so that if I returned the equipment to the address he gave me, that he would stop everything and refund me the money.Fast forward to this month, I am STILL getting hit with this equipment fee, which reopened my closed account and cost me overdraft fees. When I called today, the representative was very rude and told me that they never received my equipment. I told her that I sent it months ago, but of course she could not find any record of my conversation with the previous person. She demanded a tracking number, but I did not get one (I didn't think they would be this incompetent, honestly). She insisted she couldn't do anything without the equipment, and as I told her, I already returned it so there was nothing I could do.This representative continued to argue, so I had to interrupt her to inform her that I already had the bank put a stop payment on their account, so this nonsense is officially done and I expect my account to be closed since I closed it ONE YEAR AGO. The rep said she would "see what she could do."DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
