I have a current loan with them and always enjoyed working with the ppl from Eastbay however my recent experience was so disappointing. I have applied for a consolidation and a guy named Ciriaco decided to help me, we had been through the application on Tuesday and he said he will give me an answer on Wednesday. I have emailed him 3 times on wednesday with no reply, finally I mailed him today as well, I have advised if he could please give me an answer, I am in meetings most of my day so I can not pick up the call. I had one miss call from his number, no message left, no response to my email. I would really appreciate it even if the email said no the loan cant be processed but no answer at all is quite disappointing. It wont surprise me at all if I now get an email or message saying no they can not proceed. Poor customer services. Veronica is great but this guy Ciriaco just wasted my time!

The lack of communication with this company is horrible. Numerous emails sent with no reply. I tried calling to speak to the sales rep handling my application and was told they were to busy and would contact me soon and never did. I then was told I was being referred to their loan partner, who also never got in contact with me. Avoid East bay finance if you can.

I wouldn't recommend these people. I have got a loan their interest is very high. I have got a partially secure loan for 6k. I am not paying 12k back to them. Thats 50% interest. So, yeah read the fine print I guess. Plus, the customer service was very frustrating. She was not forth coming with all the information they needed. I had to run around after them for just over a week. I got the loan but paying for it now.

Excellent company to deal with, five stars all the way. My bank wouldn't give me a personal loan to sort some minor renovations, said I was too committed. I applied online at East Bay Finance where it wasn't a problem, nice people on the phone and really quick, the money was in my account overnight, the same day I applied :)

5 Stars! Not only for the company but for their staff too! I’ve dealt with a lovely lady named Dawn a few times via phone call. Genuine, hardcase and pleasant to deal with. It’s nice to talk to people who actually care, and like to have a laugh too! Keep up the great work Dawn! One happy customer here!- Terry K

dont be fooled by this finance company borrowed 3,000 payments 6,000 dont fall into there trap you will never get out. True story
