I used to come here a lot when they were on Lake Forest Drive and deposit my paychecks. They were always very professional, but yesterday morning I tried to deposit some money and I was immediately met with the worst attitude by a female clerk, whom I have never seen at this branch. I didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde haired woman that wore a red ruby ring and who I believe had an accent (I'm not 100% sure because she basically refused to talk to me). I know covert racism when I see it, and this woman had it written all over her. It's disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a company that deals with people from all walks of life on a daily basis. Hopefully the branch managers will take care of this problem.

This bank definitely Looks out for its customers ! I set up a direct deposit transaction from my tax professional. And she entered my account number in wrong so when it came in for deposit, it went into a different account. I was totally unaware. A the staff members at eccu, caught the error and called me to let me know what had happened and to let me know they corrected the problem And put the funds in to my account. You won’t find that with any other bank. Their customer service is amazing, thanks again!

I just recently joined this credit union and have called them twice in the last two weeks, I was told both times that they valued my time and to leave my number and they would call me back. Today it's been over 5 hours and since they are closed now, it will be tomorrow, which if they called me right when they opened it will be 21 hours. Needing my question answered I called back and listened to their prompts and I tried the "collections" options, figuring they would want money and bingo they picked up!! There are plenty of credit unions out there and they are all competing for your business. Don’t take my word for it, call them first before you open and account.

An employee at Eagle "thought" I was breaking the law when I transferred money from one of my IRA's to another IRA, so the employee called an ICE agent and gave them incorrect information about my account. I had to show ICE my ECCU statements to prove to them that the information ECCU had told them about my account was false. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.If you want ECCU employees to call ICE and give them false information about your banking information-use the credit union.

I have been with this credit union since 1979, when it had another name. I have not had one bad experience with them in all that time. Of course there have been a few glitches throughout the years, but the fine employees at Eagle have always taken the time to sort things out quickly and professionally, and I have never lost one dime from a mistake of theirs. A couple of times they have gone the extra mile and really helped me out of a few jams (involving foreign travel). I have brought in family members to Eagle, knowing they will be treated fairly and honestly, and none of them have left. Also, even though there are some fees, they are NOTHING like at other banks. I love this credit union and will never go anywhere else, and neither will my son, my husband nor my former ex brother-in-law, Larry.

I opened a secure credit card with this bank so I can rebuild my credit and every month I was making payments on time and never went back to check my checking account about the payment because on my checking account it will show posted payment to credit card... so a few months after I tried to refinance my car because my credit was 'better" but guess what? this bank sent me to bad collection because they declined my payments and still sent me to bad credit and they didn't took their time to call me to let me know what was going on >;( so I talk to one of the credit cards associates and they were gonna remove me from that bad credit and it's been already 3 months and nothing has happen!! I still have a really bad credit!! from 620 that took time to build it went down to 520 because of them! and no one wants to help me to fix this issue!! some one please let me know what to do ASAP!!!

I have being a great experience with eagle credit union as car loans I bought my first car by myself with them and never had issue like the way they treat you and my help is being Virginia honest and always try to help when need it.
