Client Review on Eagle Community Bank

I recently visited this bank with the intention of opening a savings account. An organization I work with banks here and I thought it would be helpful and convenient to do business with the same bank. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. When I arrived (35 minutes to closing) a woman at a desk asked if she could help me. I told her I would like to open a savings account. She looked at the time and replied, "It's getting late..." She did not offer that I come back the following day or return at an earlier time another day to open an account. She simply dismissed me. I got the impression she was not interested in doing business with me. Then why ask if I need help? Surely, 35 minutes is enough time to open an account - especially as I had with me a cashier's check for several thousand dollars drawn on THEIR bank. The woman continued to stay seated and two men stood outside their offices chatting with each other, yet they all were too busy to assist me. The bank closes at 5pm, but they apparently stop doing business much sooner. If you choose to bank here please arrive in plenty of time as to not inconvenience the employees. I will not be doing business here.
