Feedback:

The first thing that strikes me about this bank is that its atmosphere resembles a mausoleum. And the employees seem very uninterested in assisting you. No enthusiasm. I left with the information I needed about a product/service, but I don't think I would feel confident placing my business interests here.

I recently visited this bank with the intention of opening a savings account. An organization I work with banks here and I thought it would be helpful and convenient to do business with the same bank. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. When I arrived (35 minutes to closing) a woman at a desk asked if she could help me. I told her I would like to open a savings account. She looked at the time and replied, "It's getting late..." She did not offer that I come back the following day or return at an earlier time another day to open an account. She simply dismissed me. I got the impression she was not interested in doing business with me. Then why ask if I need help? Surely, 35 minutes is enough time to open an account - especially as I had with me a cashier's check for several thousand dollars drawn on THEIR bank. The woman continued to stay seated and two men stood outside their offices chatting with each other, yet they all were too busy to assist me. The bank closes at 5pm, but they apparently stop doing business much sooner. If you choose to bank here please arrive in plenty of time as to not inconvenience the employees. I will not be doing business here.

Wow, several fake positive reviews here, I see. This bank leaves much to be desired. Employees are not busy yet have no time to smile and seem irritated to assist you. Their banking products are also not at all competitive. There's a reason why larger chain banks thrive and people choose to go there instead.

After working with ECB as a business partner for several years, I see that the entire staff at ECB is dedicated to their customers and clients and to providing the best customer service experience possible. I would refer them to family and friends for checking, savings, and loans. Mark and Jason always go the extra mile for their customers.

I moved to Minnesota from Texas to be closer to my kids so I needed to find a new bank. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this bank to anyone that cares about customer service when it comes to banking.
