As an owner of a pharmacy, I have dealt with a lot of companies. Direct cash has got to be, hands down, the worst I have had the displeasure to do business with. I tried to cancel my contract with them, they said send it in writing. I send them a letter stating such through Canada post. I call countless times. As a previous reviewer stated, the customer service is non existent. They don’t care! It’s been almost a year and they are STILL withdrawing fees from my account. They don’t even deserve a 1/5. Also writing to the better business bureau. IN SHORT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I went with another company, access cash- million times better. You are welcome!edit: Thanks for your reply. I suggest to the owner to have a chat with your staff. I asked your representative if he had a doctors note submitted by the patient which states the veneers are for medical need and not cosmetic. They did not have it. He said, "It's from a dentist, so its covered". Anyhow I submitted all the paperwork to the CRA, so they will look into it further.
