Do NOT use this company whatsoever. Zero customer service, impossible to get a a hold of anyone, and if you do, they don't provide an answer or care. They are actually the rudest company I have done business with. Unprofessional and if something goes wrong with your machine - good luck. I cannot recommend this company

Be wary of using these machines. They will say the process of withdrawal has been "declined", yet they still take the withdrawn amount out of your account, without dispensing the cash. The customer service is of no help at all, they only deny it happening. They will scam you out of your money.

As an owner of a pharmacy, I have dealt with a lot of companies. Direct cash has got to be, hands down, the worst I have had the displeasure to do business with. I tried to cancel my contract with them, they said send it in writing. I send them a letter stating such through Canada post. I call countless times. As a previous reviewer stated, the customer service is non existent. They don’t care! It’s been almost a year and they are STILL withdrawing fees from my account. They don’t even deserve a 1/5. Also writing to the better business bureau. IN SHORT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I went with another company, access cash- million times better. You are welcome!edit: Thanks for your reply. I suggest to the owner to have a chat with your staff. I asked your representative if he had a doctors note submitted by the patient which states the veneers are for medical need and not cosmetic. They did not have it. He said, "It's from a dentist, so its covered". Anyhow I submitted all the paperwork to the CRA, so they will look into it further.

I sent them the email on 2015 Oct 27 to cancel my ATM Service with them. And also I sent them the Competitive proposal/contract.My contract is due on 2017 March 1st. and I been disconnect the ATM since March 1st. I been keep calling them every day to see if they could match or release the contract from their company. Everyday I got same reply someone will contact me! but by the end of the day nobody been contact me! it's another day today. I will keep calling them today until my problem solved!

Don't ever get ATM machine from this company.i have in my business but not happy foe their services,they over charging for maintenance ,poor customer service,sales representative in Ontario useless .stay away from this company
