It was the day before our farmers market opening for the season and I had forgotten to activate our Dharma wireless terminal. I phoned Dharma in a panic, spoke with a real person (Anthony) who went the extra mile to make sure our terminal would be activated in time for market opening. He even followed up with a phone call to me to let me know the status and provided a phone number in case we had trouble connecting. One phone call and our needs were met and problem solved.
