Feedback:

It was the day before our farmers market opening for the season and I had forgotten to activate our Dharma wireless terminal. I phoned Dharma in a panic, spoke with a real person (Anthony) who went the extra mile to make sure our terminal would be activated in time for market opening. He even followed up with a phone call to me to let me know the status and provided a phone number in case we had trouble connecting. One phone call and our needs were met and problem solved. Thank you!

I wanted to do this for the longest time - write a stellar review. I'm an independent accountant & bookkeeper. In 2015 I switched one of my clients - Dubbelju Motorcycle Rentals in San Francisco - from a different merchant service to Dharma. Since then, their credit card processing cost has gone down by 50%, all former complaints about bad customer service have turned into praises and certain bookkeeping costs have gone down, because Dharma's reporting is so much more transparent.Honesty and integrity, local and excellent customer service - all good things under one roof. If all businesses were run like Dharma Merchant Services the world would be a better place.

They are really easy to work with, have excellent customer service, the best rates (they have saved my business thousands of dollars!!!) and to top it off the values they base their business on make working with them an honor. Dharma was extremely helpful in illuminating the world of credit card processing to me. Unfortunately, due to the constraints of my POS service I wasn't able to go with Dharma. However, I still use their website as a resource.

I have been a Dharma Merchant Services customer since 2014. I think found them while doing research on B Corporations, which are for profit but have social accountability "baked in." Merchant services is a complex and sometimes shark-infested industry, so it is a huge benefit to work with a company that acts transparently, treats everyone with fairness and kindness, and actually cares about my organization's work. Before I became a customer, Dharma had little experience with processing SNAP (food stamps), but they have evolved into a great partner for farmers' markets trying to serve the whole community regardless of what flavor of money they have. I recommend Dharma to other farmers' markets. When something goes wrong, I know they will help me find the best solution.

I did an search and found Dharma Merchant Services and I've never, ever made a better choice.I've been with them now for nearly 4 years and this is the BEST company I've dealt with. They care, everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the best customer service and support on the planet. I found Dharma through Merchant Mavericks (a great resource for small businesses) and for once, everything seemed honest and straightforward. In the credit card processing world that is rare. We are now saving real money that I can see on my financial statements. The switchover was easy, even with 11 terminals. Customer service is outstanding. I love them!
