WHAT A NIGHTMARE, STAY FAR AWAY. No cash deposit at ATMs, drop boxes never have pens or deposit slips, the app crashes for a few days every time there is an android update. There are hardly any all point ATMs. They held my mobile deposit for SEVEN DAYS, they claim it tells you that in the app, well it does...in teeny tiny grey letters, its literally the smallest thing on the whole screen...and its 5 business days, so unless you get it in by Monday morning it will be the following week before it hits. Customer service was useless and rude. will be closing my account. UPDATE: checking account is now closed. But even closing it was a nightmare. Waited for almost an hour before anyone would even help me. Then they told me they would not release my mobile deposit that was on hold for 7 days to my savings account. Meaning I couldnt close the account for another week. But guess what....they had ALREADY CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. So I was left for a week with no debit card while i waited for my new Chase card to get here. Chase customer service was stellar, they have far more features, none of the bs holds on deposits, higher atm limits, and they gave me 300 dollars just for setting up direct deposit. Will be going back to datcu to close my savings this weekend. God help me.
