Feedback:

Very friendly staff, and the woman who helped me set up my account wasn’t bothered at all with the two kiddos being with me. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient in getting everything set up. A+++ for service!!

Feedback:

Save yourself the trouble and go to a real bank. The services are all but non-existent, especially online. They're really polite about not being able to help you but that doesn't make it any better.

1 Star...Under trained, uneducated, and uninformed staff. Too many women in charge, VP Op...needs help. Other spectacular credit unions in the area.

My wife and I have banked with DATCU since the late 1970's, maybe earlier. I have always been treated well by DATCU at any of the branches I have used, but most of the years since Teasley has opened, that is where we bank. I've found the people friendly and accommodating. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews that were posted. All I can say is that is not what we have experiences over the decades.

Stay away, DATCU is horrible. They have the worst customer service of any credit union. They will also take advantage of you and your money.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE, STAY FAR AWAY. No cash deposit at ATMs, drop boxes never have pens or deposit slips, the app crashes for a few days every time there is an android update. There are hardly any all point ATMs. They held my mobile deposit for SEVEN DAYS, they claim it tells you that in the app, well it does...in teeny tiny grey letters, its literally the smallest thing on the whole screen...and its 5 business days, so unless you get it in by Monday morning it will be the following week before it hits. Customer service was useless and rude. will be closing my account. UPDATE: checking account is now closed. But even closing it was a nightmare. Waited for almost an hour before anyone would even help me. Then they told me they would not release my mobile deposit that was on hold for 7 days to my savings account. Meaning I couldnt close the account for another week. But guess what....they had ALREADY CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. So I was left for a week with no debit card while i waited for my new Chase card to get here. Chase customer service was stellar, they have far more features, none of the bs holds on deposits, higher atm limits, and they gave me 300 dollars just for setting up direct deposit. Will be going back to datcu to close my savings this weekend. God help me.

Purchased new car they used datcu which I was unfamiliar with. Asked for auto draft. OMG !!!!! Never happened! 4 months later get contacted I owe 4 months payments!!!!! Said my bank account didn't exist. I assume this will effect my good credit. I have contacted them several times and have actually been hung up on 4 times when asked to hold! I would never recommend them. Most unprofessionally run businesses I have dealt with

I have had the worst experience with DATCU. I'm trying to find all ways to get out my loan with them. I did not get to choose who I banked with when I bought my husbands motorcycle and I am very disappointed in this bank and their service.
