Client Review on Dan Garcia - State Farm
Feedback:
Very unprofessional, impoliteness, and certainly lack knowledge about State Farm's services. The agent was not present at the time, therefore I was helped by a woman. When I came in, nobody greeted us or came out to assist us. I thought that they were probably closed. I waited in the reception area and a woman from the right side 2/3 door down was seated and remain seated and asked me to go in to her office. I was not aware of her position but I assumed she would be able to answer my questions regarding a car loan since she asked us to come in to her office after literally starting a conversation from the glass aquarium tank and her seated in her office. When I came in she had her dress up above her thighs for some reason and showing off half of her breasts. I immediately knew I was in the wrong place due to the impolite way she received us(my husband and I). Unfortunately I gave it a try and explained my situation, I clearly stated the problem and solution and even then she did not understand what I was talking about. She did not know how to even look up State Farm's bank phone number to even ask and get me an answer. In fact, I already knew the process but I could not do this in Texas because I now reside in New Mexico. In Texas they were helping me to the ends of the world, and I had seen someone else do this in front of me with the use of their phone line to get me answers. Until they noticed I had to do it in New Mexico. Sadly, I was expecting an easy transfer of information and getting the loan transferred and started in New Mexico. Regrettably, she was very ignorant in the topic about State Farm's services regarding banking and did not try to even search information from her database. I was very disappointed. At least I know that I'm not going there anymore. I hope that this State Farm does a better job at presenting themselves with manners and knowledge in the near future. In Texas, State Farm does know what they are doing and if they don't they strive to answer anything that comes to them confidently. I'm not sure what it is, but there is lack of professionalism in this State Farm or maybe just in Las Cruces. Best wishes to this business. (I only gave this State Farm one star because otherwise I wasn't going to be able to publicly post this review.)
