The property management people are dishonest. Last year they didn't turn on not a single dollar of security deposit to my friend and this year they didn't turn on my deposit even not a single penny. they just send me a hand written document mentioning about the cost to clean the apartment. My friend just left 18 hangers in the closet area and they charged 235$ to remove those hangers from the apartment. They sprayed chemical to the whole building but charged only me for that coast.
