Easy and convenient. HOWEVER, don't go in the evening, the young lady that helped me was indifferent. Said everything fast without pausing, seemed to be bothered by me being there. Coupled with the ambient noise from the mall it was difficult to understand what she was saying. Had to ask several times to repeat which annoyed her and she repeated with the same tempo and monotone voice. Made no effort to increase the volume of her voice. Greatly annoyed but have had no problems with a different young lady (Jada?) during the day. Pleasant, professional, speaks clearly and not by rote. Will I go there again? Yes, but not in the evening. If I want cold, indifferent discourse I'll go to a McDonalds.
