Tried to take a 100$ when counting my money back to me... Recounted twice and it was incorrect. Always double count the person behind the glass.... 😑

Easy and convenient. HOWEVER, don't go in the evening, the young lady that helped me was indifferent. Said everything fast without pausing, seemed to be bothered by me being there. Coupled with the ambient noise from the mall it was difficult to understand what she was saying. Had to ask several times to repeat which annoyed her and she repeated with the same tempo and monotone voice. Made no effort to increase the volume of her voice. Greatly annoyed but have had no problems with a different young lady (Jada?) during the day. Pleasant, professional, speaks clearly and not by rote. Will I go there again? Yes, but not in the evening. If I want cold, indifferent discourse I'll go to a McDonalds.

I contacted CXI because my bank was not able to get me Rupees for my India trip. The process was seamless. The girl at the kiosk was knowledgeable and helpful, and I had my money in 24 hours, just as she said. The conversion rate they gave was $.016 per rupee, which I believe is competitive (Googling currently shows $.015)

Very nice staff, Jada was very knowledgeable and helped me decide how much to get. She also gave me good tips for when I travel, all around awesome experience. I don't travel much but when I do I know where to go now.

This place obviously can exchange currency, but I’d been trying to get here for weeks cause it ain’t close. When I finally got a chance... I showed up during normal business hours but they were away from the kiosk. Since I was in a time crunch I had to leave...
