5/10/19 Today day , I called for set up my new checking account for automatic payment. $1700 for 54 months. High rate 18%. With my score 0ver 640 !!! They Manager : Tim was so unprofessional same costumer service, I felt disappointed ☹️ because they changed me $25 for the mistake no body explain me . On April 15 I gave them my new check # for withdrawals. This one ☝ will be my very first payment!!! They gave the welcome with rude costumer service and late charge fee of $25 !!!! 😡 I’m not happy!!! 0 stars for them , I’ll get refinancing from my credit union. No more Bussiness relationship for this plastic people!!!
