I have a $400 bill and never received my 2 phones and never received service. Called them about this Issue then they ported my phone numbers from ATT and I was left without service. Lots of promises no action, no one in customer service can make decisions. Nightmare company.Several days after I posted the above review I received a call from a man named Ron in the corporate office. I was stunned, after weeks of agony talking to polite but disempowered staff someone from Credo called me about my issues. He genuinely seemed to care about the customers and the organization. He offered to resolve my issues and I will have to wait until July 20th to see my bill cleared up. We shall see...but I’m thrilled there is now a contact person at Credo who can see the entire service picture and make decisions!
