Feedback:

Credo is great. Service is great. Price is great. Progressive action is great. My only complaint is they've don't support wifi calling - quite a disappointment.

Credo is a wonderful company, I know they really care about the mission. I am really glad to work with them to promote change. I really feel good about the things they have achieved and the thing they will achieve. I have known them very well, and proud to be apart of them. Thank you Credo.

I have a $400 bill and never received my 2 phones and never received service. Called them about this Issue then they ported my phone numbers from ATT and I was left without service. Lots of promises no action, no one in customer service can make decisions. Nightmare company.Several days after I posted the above review I received a call from a man named Ron in the corporate office. I was stunned, after weeks of agony talking to polite but disempowered staff someone from Credo called me about my issues. He genuinely seemed to care about the customers and the organization. He offered to resolve my issues and I will have to wait until July 20th to see my bill cleared up. We shall see...but I’m thrilled there is now a contact person at Credo who can see the entire service picture and make decisions!

I've been a CREDO Mobile customer for nearly 10 years. The customer service is unparalleled and some portion of what I pay them goes to great charities that align with my interests.

I pay nothing more than those who use other providers. When I call for assistance I ALWAYS reach a competent pleasant person that I can understand. And I know my money is helping progressive causes. It is a win win deal!!

I have had Credo and before that Working Assets for decades. I love it! it is important to me to put my money where my mouth is. I love getting the action alerts and petitions. The cellphone coverage using the Spring network is excellent. When I think of paying Verizon for my cellphone, it makes me sick.

I really want to thank Credo Mobile for their help setting up our new phone. We had some personal technical difficulties and their customer service was very helpful getting our problem resolved. We have been Credo customers for many years, and I love being part of a company with great service and a great mission.
