Overall Feedback:

What a nightmare! Very nice representatives but management and technical people are terrible. This company deposited trust funds in my operating account over 25 times. I have a meticulous paper trail showing I would transfer the money into the correct account each time this credit card processor made a mistake. I empathize with the rep named Dan because he was frustrated with management telling him it was fixed month after month when clearly was not.
