Feedback:

Less than 50% of the time their website works; that means about 4 out of 10 times you'll be able to access your account. I'm leaving CUW ASAP.

Im making my self venerable. Iv had a credit score of 800 for 20 years, this bank gave me a 5% interest rate loan for a motorcycle years ago because of my worthiness. My son sadly enough has had a lung disease and has raked up huge medical bill. Friends i was forced to do a bankruptcy. Listen this bank blocked my online usage. I cant log in. The new app is hell anyway reading the other post but why block my online bill pay. I cant pay my bike online i have to drive 23 miles to pay it. This bank was NOT involved in the bankruptcy but blames the bankruptcy for the block. Why kick your customers down when im already hurt. Do not Come to this bank. They don't care about you... please share

I don't even know where to begin. I was treated like absolute scum when I simply inquired if I could sign over my payroll check to my girlfriend (who has been a member of CUW for about 17 years mind you) and deposit it in to her account. At first the teller said this would be no problem and she'd just need the approval of her manager. When the manager came over I was very condescendingly told that they absolutely could not do that. The teller apologized, but when we further inquired as to why this was not allowed when my girlfriend had done it before, we were further treated like idiots. But the icing was about 4 other employees huddling around the manger like it was some sort of spectacle, being very nosy. I've never been treated this rudely by a business in my life, and a professional financial one at that. If something isn't your policy, first, train your staff so they don't misinform. Second, be tactful and respectful when explaining why you can't provide services. It wasn't about them not taking the check, it was how rudely they did so.

Not off to a good start. They messed up on my loan paperwork and didn't get my new loan completed on time, when I received my payment booklet in the mail I was already 9 days late on my first payment. You would think a phone call and a brief explanation would fix this but I was told if I didn't make the payment right away a late fee will be assessed to my account. I don't mind making the payment but they didn't seem to take responsibility for this when it's clearly their fault. Then lady on the phone seemed a little snarky, when I told her she's asking me to make two payments in a short time period she said " do you have a problem making your payments"? Not as much as you do processing loans in a timely manner.. hopefully they get better over time but the payment options she gave me seem very out dated not to mention the $15 fee if you pay by phone seems outrageous.

called to get someone at their local branch but, kept getting sent to their corporate office. was looking for an Spanish speaker loan officer no luck here.

This CU is pitiful with unknowledgeable individuals [Amanda] who only do 1/2 their jobs. Take your money out and run to the nearest bank. The employees do not care about your $$ - only about getting off work and give you false information. I would not even rate this one star however the system will not let me post otherwise. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
