This is the worst company to use as an lender !!! They do not help with or let you know anything !They are quick to repo (which I payed my monthly bill) They people do not let you know anything beforehand ! They just want to make profit off you STAY AWAY!!!!

Think twice before doing business with them. My husband bought me a new car with a low interest rate. Received my fist bill It def wasn’t at the rate we signed at. They will argue with you and charge you just to pay the fee. You have to sign up for automatic drafting to have the fee waived.

Bravo!! Bravo!! for Cheryl Fargo!!This is the first time I can give these folks a five stars anything between January and now they would have gotten zero.When first trying to set up a direct withdrawal from my bank to them the fax number that everything was supposed to be sent to was not even in existence anymore. It took my banking Institute and me two whole days to find out that we had to email them the information. My banking Institute tried calling them and due to the fact that they were getting ready to close we had to hang up the phone. I got on the phone when I left their office and was on hold until 7 at night and still no information cuz nobody picked up.Day two I kept on calling and kept on calling and finally around noon somebody picked up the blooming phone to tell us that they do not have a fax number no longer.And due to then dragging their feet it caused are payments to be behind which in turn they wanted to charge us a late fee but it wasn't our fault.And due to a family emergency and not being able to put money into that account we missed a payment. And like everyone was saying when you try and call somebody either they don't know what they're doing or anything else.But today I finally got hold of Cheryl Fargo she has the best customer service response and was able to take care of everything that needed to be taken care of so that we or caught up.Thank you Cheryl for a job well done you did a much better job than James did and I've been calling him for three and a half weeks leaving my information and he's not once tried calling me back.Bravo again for you Cheryl Fargo😊

It's 2019. Seriously, fix your website and payment process. I've got excellent credit, but CULS came in with the best rate on the loan for my recent car purchase 4 months ago. But paying that loan is a terrible experience. As other reviewers have noted, the charge $7.50 to pay your loan online. Let that sink in. If I simply want to make a payment on my loan and not be charged to do so, I have to write a check and mail it. In 2019. Wow.

Luis Davicela is the best. I called 3 time and spoke with different customer service people to try to solve an issue. The answer always was the same, ( sorry but we can't do that. You have to go online and do it)I try online but I couldn't access my account bc an error on there end. Luis was patient and professional. He guided me over the phone and was able to fix my problem. They should have Luis training the other coworkers.

I have never been treated so unprofessional and harassed as much as I have by CULS. I had filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and notified 4 different people yet they still called, at the least 6 times a day on my cell phone. They even called my classroom within seconds apart of each other. The rudest people! I am willing to take a loss in getting rid of my car just so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Their communication system amongst each other is non existent. I had to repeat my situation to 4 different people. Hung up the phone with one person and 2 minutes later was being snapped at and harassed by another person calling me. DON’T USE THEM!! RUN!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I called CULS and got Wanda for an issue with App and payments that i have been dealing with for a while and SHE's the only person to provide a solution that fixed the issue not just push it to next month (which I have been doing). Thank you Wanda you are so helpful
